I think it may be possible that he does have that skin condition. It's hard to believe him because he claims he only got plastic surgery once or twice for his nose when it is plain to see so much has been done to him. It's sad that someone who who obviously has some form of mental problems is not getting any help.

He says it is a disease with his skin pigmentation.
Others say he bleached his skin.I'd like to believe the first part of this answer.It would be terrible to
think he is ashamed of his own race.

After they tore his body up so many times from plastic surgery his body just gave up.

I believe he has a disease called "vitiligo". Whether that is true or not, I don't know.
