Yes you can!!! Just make sure the address is correct, or else it'll get lost. The purpose of the return address is so that if the address is incorect than they can send it back to you

Unless you want a return receipt, you can simply address your envelope, put sufficient postage and drop the letter in the mail box. A correct address is required to deliver a letter, but there isn't a requirement to have a return address. I frequently receive mail without any return address.

Yes you can. The purpose of a return address is to return the letter to you if the person you mailed the letter to is no longer living at that address.

If they can't deliver the letter it, will go back to the post office and stay in the "dead letter" department where they keep undeliverable mail. It doesn't get destroyed for a number of years.

Yes it will. I recieve letters and posts all the time with no return address. I even check the back of the letter! I guess it depends where you live though. Some post offices are funny about that since 911. They want everything to be traceable.

Yes, but it will not come back to you if you accidently send it to the wrong address, or the person no longer lives there, etc... :)

With no return address they obviously have to deliver it to someone and it won't be back to you.
