Will we, in many many generations time, eventually evolve huge backsides to cope with all the time we spend sitting down when on the internet?

If it provides an advantage, yes.

On the other hand, those who spend a lot of time on their backsides on the Internet, tend to get laid less often, and therefore are less likely to reproduce.

Big IF at the start there. We have an ability (not unique though) to adapt our environment to us instead.

Good question though. Looking at my son and his cousins once (1 on playstation, 1 on gameboy, 1 on phone game) I did get am image of humans one day just being a brain connected directly to thumbs.

Far from it, sitting at the Internet is not conducive to passing on your genes to the next generation. In fact they seem to be mutually exclusive.

lol that is a big maybe.
usually races evolve for their survival and a way to adapt to the environment.
i would say our fingers would adapt for better typing or our eyes to evolve to look at the monitor better.

Maybe they will invent a chair to make you lose weight while your on the Internet!

Hardly. That feature doesn't help us produce children, which is what counts as success in Evolution.
