60mb is not a lot but it is possible to protect yourself, very basically, with 1 program......

Zonealarm Firewall

This will enable you to control what goes out from your computer and what gets accepted.

Although not foolproof (no single program is) this is the next best thing.

The download size is 13.07mb (although I´m not sure about the total size once it´s installed).

Are you running Windows 98 or 2000? Theres also a problem getting protection for older machines, I heard Zone Alarm will run on 2000. You may have to search for a firewall for '98.
Consider upgrading your RAM if you can, or maybe add a router with a hardware firewall. (If thats possible - ask an expert!)

What year are you in, 1995?

I doubt you can GET online with that, yet be protected from anything. Infact, you would be lucky if something ruined that computer.
