LUNCH!! because they give you a break from work to eat. also, you can go without breakfast and dinner if you eat a larger lunch later in the afternoon and snack throughout the day, in a healthy manner of course.

breakfast; its proven too i think. although i dont really eat my breakfast and think dinner is the most important..... breakfast actually is the most important b/c i guess it starts off your day and you need energy and everything but you shouldn't skip breakfast ever =)
