Brand is the only consistent player on the Clippers. Kaman has not produced as well as expected after signing a huge contract. Mobley has faded. Cassell can't stay healthy. Maggette is tough to figure out because he's a good player but never seems to be able to find a role. With the loss of Livingston, he'll have to step up. This year's team depends upon Maggette becoming a bigger force and Cassell getting healthy. Unfortunately, time is running out in this season.

Looking to the future, a new point guard is needed to eventually take over for Cassell. With Livingston's serious knee injury, it would be smart to get some insurance for that. Plus, Livingston is long enough to move to the SG or SF positions when he returns.

Yes they were a one year wonder and now they've lost their PG of the future Livingston and Sam Cassel is soon to be their PG of the past with his foot issues. Also Maggette is not happy and Kaman isn't developing like he should be. Once again that leaves only Brand as a truly solid player which means trouble in Clipper land.
