I am 13 so you know this is coming from someone your own age. I think you should go with the color Nude and yes it is actually a color of lipstick so I am pretty sure it will go with the brown hair and eyes and pale skin. so try it out and if you do not like it than hey you try every once.

Try earth or neutral colours. For brown hair, pink and red is not advisable. You can try and make a comparison.
Especially when u are only 14, all the more u should avoid any loud colours. Natural is beautiful.

i think you should just go with a lip gloss.
maybe pink!!! it will look better than lipstick, lipstick isnt really in style for younger girls
