No none unless you go to restore if virus have not got to it. If not you got to go get a disk or go to a computer shop to get it done.

no unless you have a full version of windows you cant. You can though download Ccleaner it is free and will uninstall programs,delete temp files and delete unused registry values. Defo worth running. Also have a manual clean out of your "My Documents" folder and run disk defragmenter in your system tools.

if you have a copy of the operating system to reinstall you can format the hard drive, you might have to reinstall some drivers though.
