Note: The maximum speed of my DVD-RAM/CD drive (for reading/writing) is 24x.
And I just wanna know whether it's safe to burn a 52x CD-RW by using it.
Any one who knows about this matter? Please help...
Thnx!

it will not hurt anything to burn using a 52x disc. the burner will still only burn at 24x max.

Yes, it is completely safe to burn it at 24X. In fact it is not safe to burn it more than 52x because the the maximum rate that CD can handle is 52x.

In either cases, your CD writer/burner is fine. No issues. :-)

It's safe! This type of disc is capable of burning at 52X providing your burner will! Your burner can go to 24X so the cd will not burn faster than 24x. It all depends on the burner speed!

Are you making use of the best format? examine your force and be sure the disk you're making use of fit. case in point, in the adventure that your force in straight forward terms burns dvd+ and you're making use of dvd- then that would clarify why it would not artwork.
