My friend is really pretty, she's blonde, tall and has a nice figure. People keep chatting to her online but they are only ever after one thing. I had my hair done the other day, put some blonde highlights in it, and she said it looked really nice then couldn't just leave it at that, she had to say oh you let yourself go before didn't you! I'm not blowing my own trumpet, but I still had a few people interested in me, even with dark hair. She has started to see a man who is already taken, she looked at a picture of his girlfriend, who by the way is stunning, must be a size 8, and she was relieved because she wasn't blonde! I know men prefer blondes and all that, but seriously she thinks the world revolves around her because she has blonde hair. She seriously wonders why men go for me while we're out sometimes, instead of her. Does everybody prefer blondes, like she seams to think?

I'm not obsessed with her so much, even though I realise I might of sounded like it! lol. But I just thought she was a bit rude to me and I can see her getting annoyed with me when we go out if people want to talk to me instead of her.

Nah, it's just narcissism.

Gentlemen prefer blondes...if she's Marilyn Monroe.

Otherwise, I don't know that hair color has all that much to do with it. Especially since hair dye is so cheap and easy to do these days.

She sounds like a selfish brat. Going after some other woman's man? Why, if the world revolves around her, couldn't she find somebody who isn't already taken? And why would she compete with you in terms of random guys being interested in you?

Ugh. Pay somebody to slap some sense into her.

yes it is considered a normal, manly thing 2 perfer blondes.
but men also love brunettes, so don't beat urself up over being a brunette.
blondes have jokes about them that make everybody with a sense of humour, smile.
just take a tip from me, skip the blonde highlights next time.

No, as a matter of fact I just answered a question a few minutes ago entitles "blonde or brunette?" and the vast majority chose brunette over blonde. I think its just a common stereotype with the men prefer blondes but in reality, not all of them do.

I know alot of blondes who don't get taken seriously so I think being another hair color get more respect so I't not so cool to be blonde. So in the long run, I don't think people prefer blondes for stuff such as employees and stuff. Stupid stereotypes.

Well, from a female perspective, many men prefer blondes. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they are more 'fair' complected?

I had my hair dark and blonde and I had more dating experiences as a brunette. So, don't cut yourself short. Women with dark hair have their own allure.

Not everyone prefers blondes. This may seem cheesy but it's really about your energy or how confident you are. People are attracted to people that are full of life. That help them feel good about themselves when they are around them. Poeple are attracted to those who like themselves.

I wouldn't think so....
People aren't attracted to hair, they're attracted to a person. There are many beautiful people of all colors of hair.
