Is it just me? or does Shoneys put the Gravy in the wrong place on the bar?
My wife & I went there this morning. They have the biscuits first, then the gravy. Aftter that, it is Eggs, cheese sauce & then the fried potatoes.
I think the gravy should be set after the taters
What do you think?

Evidently people are missing the point here.
The problem I had this morning was once I loaded the plate with the biscuits & gravy, eggs, then taters. I had to go BACK to the gravy for the taters.
Maybe IT IS just me. Sorry, but I have to have something on those taters other than grease. So I put more grease on them by adding sausage gravy. DUDES

Most people put the gravy on the biscuits because they're so dry. The gravy would only come after the taters if it was a dinner bar, in which case the gravy MUST be poured onto the taters.

It would just be "gauche" to do anything else!

Noooooooooo keep that gravy right next to them there biscuits. I open a couple of them then pour the gravy on thick. Then I take an extra coffee cup and fill it up so I have extra gravy at the table for anything else I need to pour it on!!!
