Central Florida-We bought the home in 2005. The St Augustine grass in the front yard was filled with weeds. We had a professional company spray to kill old grass and eventually plug the yard. They didn't remove any weeds or old dead grass. We kept them for 6 more months waiting for the yard to look better while paying them to spray the yard. We dropped them because the grass never looked any better. Now it is Spring again, the grass still looks terrible. Plugs never grew and many of them are dead. What do we do? Can this be fixed or do we start all over again?

Take legal action chances are the old dead grass created rot killing grass around your yard I would call them if you had a contract read it they could be held liable if it were me I would till it up sod it and make that company pay for it
