give it a little more time if the others do not pop up they where rotted durring winter this is funny you can tell everyone cant wait for spring

Tulips are notorious for dying out while daffodils spread every year. Your tulips can be kept blooming for several years if you really pour the bone meal to them every fall but if you don't it's gonna be a no show.

Squirrels enjoy eating them as well. But if you are up north, then the possibility exists that they have not started growing yet. My daffodils, Dutch irises and freesias have all popped up. The daffs and Dutch irises that I planted first are blooming, the late planted ones have not yet. So sometimes timing effects them as well.

It may be too early, depending where you are. Also, if you have chipmonks, they like to dig and eat flower bulbs. Get an outside cat, that will take care of them!
