You are basically right. The only differences between them was Mark Henry called himself "Sexual Chocolate" while Viscera calls himself "The World's Largest Love Machine," as well as what they wore, meaning while Mark Henry wore traditional wrestling outfit with his nickname Viscera wears pajamas. When you look at the WWE's history it's not surprising that they brought back a gimmick, hell they have used the "King" gimmick more than a handful of times. I hope that answers your question.
