Just get a NEW FREE ONEI went to this site http://ipods.freepay.com/?r=36920289 which actually works. Its an advertising company that draws in new customers for clients like Disney and Blockbuster Video by giving away free products, such at iPods. The company is Gratis Internet, Inc and is based in Washington DC. It really works. I bought 3 DVDs for $6 and got some friends to do the same. After that, I got my iPod in a few weeks. Hold the Menu and Middle button for about 10 seconds, the apple logo should appear and restart your iPod.

switch the hold on then off
then hold down menu and center buttons for 6 seconds
apple logo will appear

hold menu and middle button for at the most 1 min if it does not work i hope you find the problem

if noen of that stuff works, put it in a cold place, but not too cold lke the fridge or freezer
