Why not just give her to one of the BYBs on here? They don't care about their animals or morals or ethics, so your dog would be right at home with one of them!

Your dog may have a medical problem that is making it hard for her to wait until she gets outside. I'd take her to the vet for an examination before I made any decisions. Also, it might be a change in diet would take care of the problem. My dog got into some Ol' Roy dog food at a friend's house once and he loved it, but it went right through him. I don't know what you feed her, but a more nutritious dog food can make a big difference.

If you love her you would take her to the vet and see whats wrong with her-- how could you abandon a dog you have had for YEARS just like "that". Show some care, your wife should be trying to figure it out too... If you need to put your dog down for god sakes take her to the vet and get it done humanely. I dont understand how ANYONE could shoot their pet, i could never face or live up to that-- i love my babies too much! Just get her euthanized at the vet.

well, normally my first answer would be, keep the dog, ditch the wife (who can't see where she's going well enough to avoid a poop??).
But it might be time to take your dog to the vet to make sure there's nothing (besides old age) wrong with her. If it is time to "shoot her," please let the vet give her an injection while you hold your dog, so she knows you love her.

Don't shoot your dog... take her to the vet and get her checked out... If she can't be helped and is terminally ill. Let them put her to sleep peacefully.

if you shoot this dog you are a suspect to animal abuse and will have to pay a large fine take her to the vet if they recomened put her to sleep (kill her medically ) if you love her so much you can have her creamated talk to your vet and look in to your dogs eyes and think should i kill a dog ilove so please don't shoot your dog for me and your dog
