papers served to me three months ago. Not my name on the papers. The server ignored the fact that it was not my name.. Served the papers anyway. I didn't go to court. It's a civil suit. sbc yellow pages. yesterday, i get papers again still is not in my name. Nor any name i ever used. The judment was given to sbc yellow pages. No they want me to bring in all my bank, titles, to the court. But it's not my name?

They can't take you to court, if it isn't you they are suing....
Take the court order to your local sheriff's officer and have a deputy look at it..they will help you!
