Don't worry. It's normal to change sizes when you grow. I mean you go through puberty, but then later on your body phyiscally changes - like your hips get wider, the fat in your body (the normal fat... everyone has fat) is stored in slightly different places from before.

I don't think it's good for you to get upset that you went up in size though. The sizes on clothes is not a good measure of your healthy weight. First of all different stores label things differently. Second of all, the cut matters. You say that some of your jeans are big at the waist and tight in the legs. Well, you probably are muscular and that brand probably designs clothes with unathletic people in mind. You have to find what works for you.

But if you're still worried check with your doctor or you can check your body mass index (BMI) online. If you want to diet then just remember to stay healthy about it. It's best to have a balanced meal than to cut things out (that's my opinion because there are lots of takes on what's best).

There are definite differences between different clothing styles. You are not fat. The sizing issues are based on the store. The jeans you are wearing may not fit your body right. I know that doesn't make much since, but I definitely found that when I turned 20 my body changed. Fortuneately stores like Express have some different fits, so you might find one that is better suited for you. I know what you mean with the big in the waist issue.

If you are worried about your size, eating healthy is your best bet. Cutting calories will just cut muscle and slow your metabolism. Plus is your body is lacking a nutrient you migh tget cravings.

you cant go by sizes at all..usually the more expensive the clothing the smaller the size If i exercise a lot i get bigger too but it is muscle

you have to keep trying on jeans till you find a pair that fits well...i always had that trouble with jeans also...they are more a boy fit, if they are big in the waist..

i used to do isometric exercises when i was working...you know you squeeze your muscles..you dont have to go anywhere

i think if you got pants or jeans that fit you would feel better.. i remember Chic and Jordache had smaller waists Also Lee jeans fit well, but you have to go on your lunch hour and try all kinds on and then you can stick to a brand...oh and Bill blass has small waists

ps you are totally not fat..be happy

alright, all store brands with clothes all have different sizes. like I could be a size 5 in abercrombie and size16 in Hollister. You are just like me, you thinking your fat is linked to a What-other-people-think-of-you thing. If you're a size 5 be proud it's the big looking jeans with big thighs you should be worried about. but if you think your fat try Balley's. They can help you, you can get a personal trainer to tell you what other people really see when they look at you.

Eat healthy food....Fat is one thing ur not....
Do double exercise, but remember for different brands of jeans they're differ net sizes they are all are not manufactured the same...don't stress it contributes to fat build up...u sound quite right to me(in size) member guys also like something to hold on to, they don;t like big muscular girls...

ok...
first of all
your not fat
second..
all store brands are different. you could be a 4 in one store and a 6 in another.
It's just the brand of jeans your wearing. and your size is the perfect size for your age. if you eat healthy and exercise you'll be fine.
