My girlfriend has given me small reasions to lose trust in her countless times. Most of my friends tell me that I should just let her go but I love her with every thing I have. But now every time I see some thing that seem like her cheating I start to jump to conclusions and say it is. Ive never been a jealous person untill now. So is this jealousy I have or just lost in trust in her?

Ive found emails on her account when she was talking to her friend and she sliped and said some things that made her sound like she wanted to date this other male. And some voice messages that sound kinda wierd from another male.

You're not being paranoid. The e-mails and the voice messages have given you suspicious. Time to take a break from each other and then break up when it turns out that she really does have a tendency to cheat. It's easier to take a break from each other first - you need the time away from each other. But ask her about those messages and see what she says. If your instincts tell you it still sounds suspicious, then you are more justified in separating for awhile.

Jealousy is an issue concerning You--like your last girlfriend left you so you're afraid this one will, or you're selfish and don't want her to have any fun without you. It's about how you feel.
Lost trust means She did something to hurt the relationship. If that happened, she needs to decide to change and really make it work . So if she isn't working to win your trust, if she is saying "Ooh, you're just jealous" then she's playing you and you need to move on with your life someplace else.

this could be leading you down a really tough road. What was those little things you mentioned Are you talking about finding some mens clothes that dont belong to you or was she just a lil late to some meeting with you its hard to say if she goes somewhere without you and you start to think OIMG she is Tongueing someone then odds are this going nowhere and fast or worse its going to become a big giant scream fest where you end trying to run her down in your car.

If she has caused you to not trust her, then I say it is time to leave. You may have once loved her but how can you still when she broke that trust? What you feel is the love you had for her before her downfall. Go find a girl who deserves you. This one will use you up and then leave.

Why do you have such low self esteme that you would let someone do you like that? If you do love her, I can tell by what you asked and info you added that it is a lop-sided love affair that can only lead to diaster. She is, guessing from what you wrote, only keeping you around until she can find something better. I hope you wake up and smell the coffee.
