Maybe you should stop TRYING. People tend to find me funniest when I'm being totally serious. lol..dry humor.

Shows you're different, of course. I have all sorts of humor, and some jokes I say people get offended. I, however, think they're hilarious. If they don't think it's funny, then it only shows some close-mindedness.
The line where humor ends is kind of hard to pinpoint because people are raised differently. So, not everyone is going to laugh at the same thing.

the thing in being funny is to know what make people laugh. if people think you are weird then i think the solution is you should stick to funny persons try observing them(not copying them). when you finally understand them try to merge into you character and this will give you an authentic sense of humour.

Stand in front of a mirror and tell jokes. That way you'll always have a captive audience that'll laugh.

Try to think before you speak. If you notice that no one thinks you're funny, then you should probably stop trying to make jokes and focus on your strengths.
