Our family just wants a cell phone for occasional short calls. Sometimes two people need a cell phone at the same time. Is there any low-priced plan where two people can have a phone with the same number? I don't want to pay for two plans that aren't used much.

Thanks,
Houyhnhnm

Most cell phone companies offer mobile to mobile plans that are either free or have shared minutes. No cell phone has the same phone number, but multiple phones can be put under one plan. I reccomend Verizon Wireless. They're service is great.

common answer, particular, this is named instantaneous huge style Portability and is easily completed, as long as your in between the a hundred and fifty greatest US towns that's mandatory to furnish. Getting the telephone from Cingular is extra confusing, yet regularly they gets a commission on extensions of your settlement so as that they are going to artwork with you. call or go right into a shop and tell them what you choose to do. in case you get a no at a shop, i might call and say you're thinking approximately swapping except you will get the hot telephone.
