I had the calipers replaced it sept. but it sat til now. when i drive it, i have no problems, everything working perfect. but after about fifteen minutes of driving my front tires start to seize up. I just replaced the calipers again for the second time a few days ago, now it seems to be doing the same thing. The temperature that they heat up to is incredible, i already cracked one of the hubcaps from the heat. I have had a lot of problems with my brakes in the past. In the last two years i have replaced the master cylinder, vacuum boaster, drums, pads, shoes, calipers x2. After i cools down it drive fine again for another 20 minutes or so then it seizes up again. Im giving up and taking it to a shop, but everytime i do i seem to get taken for a ride. I would appreciate any comments regarding this topic.

Put it on jack stands & run it so you can watch what is happening. If ti runs ok for 30 or 40 minutes try the brakes a few times & see if it siezes. Sounds like something is not allowing the brakes to release completely. Bad piston in calioper maybe, something installed improperly. a bent part on the slide, or worst case something in the ABS holding back pressure. Good luck.

It could be something as simple as the brake pedal not coming back up all the way. If the plunger in the master cylinder doesn't come all the way back, the brakes won't release all the way.

do no longer tighten an oil filter out with a wrench. Hand tighten in straight forward terms. you need to be waiting to get rid of it by making use of hand too. the only time I somewhat have ever had to apply a wrench is while changing the oil for the 1st time on a sparkling automobile.
