I need help with my LCD screen ( of my Zen vision m). Its a really good MP3 player and video player, but i got some bold white dots on it that ruins the screen. This happened to my old mp3s screen as well. Has this happened to any1 else? Its just 1 or 2 white dot specs, but it still ruins the videos. Please help, and thanks guys for trying. ( This may also happen to any1s ipod or other coler LCD screen). Plus the white dot was on the top of the screen first then it traveled down into the middle and now is stuck there. Dunno what to do.

sounds like a magnetic disturbance on the screen. since this has happened to you before, im wondering what else you keep in your pocket. a good strong magnet can ruin many types of screens, and can be found in keychains, bottle openers, headphones, car alarms, etc. you should definitely return it, but then be careful not to put anything magnetic near it.
