Its just for fun mainly. I would like to have a free website where I could hopefully have both news and forums of stuff of my interest. Im not interested in buying any software or books on how to construct a website so where do I start I know some HTML but I have no experience in making websites.

I like Freebyte's info on free stuff; here's their listing for easy and free web sites. I know people with MySpace sites who I don't consider to be the kind of people who build web sites.

any internet site can upload a dialogue board or weblog, yet you could desire a undemanding internet site to start, and a hosting provider that enables those additions. maximum shared hosting amenities that use Apache servers furnish the Fantastico installer that has oodles of scripts. some thing greater complicated may well be a content textile administration device like joomla or drupal. There are all forms of extensions to create communities in those systems. Whichever way, you are going to be utilising a dynamic device: pages with scripting and databases.
