Do dads normally notice weight loss in their daughters? If they do, do they notice the small weight loss, or is it only if they lose a lot. My dad asked if I had lost any weight recently, because I supposedly looked like. Does that mean that other people probably notice it, or is it only because I live with him? Thanks for the answers.

I guess more details are needed...

I've been trying to lose weight safely, because I kind of need to. I'm not doing anything drastic, and I'm still eating so don't have a disorder or anything like that. It's a good thing that people notice, because I've been trying for a while now. I'm just curious as to if other people are/ will notice.

Well men usually don't notice things like that so if he noticed, most likely other people notice also. Congratulations on losing weight, I know how it feels to accomplish something like that.

There are multiple answers to this...
1. He could be paying you a compliment because he noticed your efforts of weigh loss,
2. He noticed because he really saw a weight loss and in that case, others will notice as well and
3. It might just be your dad. Most men don't notice things like that but your dad could just notice things like that because he cares.

No i do no longer think of so. I genuinely have 2 brothers and that i'm the brightest out of all of them. as a rule because of the fact my dad says I resemble him the main and my dad is the brighter skin colour. My brothers are lots extra darker then me.

If a father notices it, then I would be willing to bet that most other people notice it, too. Why does it matter if your father notices or not? If you're losing weight and doing so in a method that is harmful to your body, then you have a major problem and should either speak to your dad or to a guidance counselor at school. Good luck!
