anyone know that name of this song?

My sister is bothered by the name of a song and who sings it and it kinda talks about : she calls a guy and tells him that she is pregnant and he he denies the child and she says how can you deny your own flesh and blood and that is all she knows. Does anyone know what this song may be and who sings it. She said it is about 8 years ago and a girl or girl group sings it. It is r&b or somewhere in that genre.
