i dont think u can watch free world cup matches on internet
there are few websites but u need to pay for it
however if u dont want to watch cricket highlights then u can always search youtube.com
people usually post match highlights

u can see ball by ball scorecard on cricinfo.com and zeecric.com but u cannot see live cricket in internet for free
