Is there a name for my situation?
I am bad at spelling. I am bad with english and even my first language - Malay.
I have problems pronoucing some difficult english words. I dont memories name.. but i memorise places.. i dont get lost easily.

And.. when i speak.. i tend to say the wrong things.. like i am supposed to shout out my friends name ''andrea'' but i called out Corina instead.
My driving instructur asked me to turn right.. BUT i turn left. sometimes.. i said a sentence of something.. then i asked the person that i was talking to.. what did i just said?

my friends say.. my mouth is faster the my head/brain.

i am not stupid.. i have a reasonable high IQ (not great) and i am an assistant architect...

You might just be more inclined towards the analytical and mathematical side of things rather than the linguistic areas of intellect. Being an assistant architect is probably a symptom of your talent in this area. Interestingly I know another architect who can't tell right from left either, so you might not be alone. Concentrate on your strengths and don't focus so much on your flaws. Your post here was readable, so it's obvious you can communicate just fine.

Well, I do not know if your mouth is faster than your head/brain, but you might try thinking about what you want to say and speaking a litle bit slower, being more deliberate what you say. I had to do this for a while when I was depressed, just to make sure I was understood clearly. Hope this helps. good Luck.

Teach your self to focus, keep in the here and now, it is a bit difficult but do not concern your self with what was or what might be, just here and now, take a deep breath when you begin to speak and take your time speaking. force your self to concentrate on one thing at a time. because the hurrier I go the behinder I get. best of luck

I would talk with my doctor about this issue. Without knowing your medical background--it is very hard to say what it could be. Your doctor could decide if you need to see a specialist like perhaps a neurologist. It might not be anything but you need to make sure that you have nothing seriously wrong first.

It is probably a combinations of things (co-morbid as they say). Not being able to spell well and pronouncing words probably has something to do with your ability visualize symbols (symbol imagery), the rest could have something to do with attention or anxiety.
Did you have ear infections as a child (baby)?
I bet you are a good artist (conceptual imagery) though.

i cant tell you but i highly suggest you talk to your doctor about it. Im NOT calling you stupid but if you ever had a head/neck injury it could be a result of that

if this is something you're worried about (i would be) i would talk to your doctor and let them know whats going on you could have a neurological disorder such as dyslexia or something I would get checked even if its just to ease your own mind.........
