i need to find a second angle that has the exact value for cosine, for these numbers

I'm not sure what you mean by second angle, since you don't say what the first angle is, or anything else.....but I think the question wants you to think about the fact that cosine values repeat in a cyclic manner. Every 360 degrees you get the same cosine value. (there may be other angles that give a certain value as well) However, if you just add or subtract 360 degrees to or from the "first" angles that have those cosines you will have a "second" angle that has the same cosine.
