i've designed and customized my own oscommerce shop website but was wondering how am i suppose to integrate that with the free oscommerce files?

any guide online to do it?

If I understand your question, you did a custom layout and want to integrate it into OS commerce? You will need a lot of php experience to do this. It takes some work.

If you go to the oscommerce site and view the documentation it does tell you what has to be done. It is not as simple as just porting over your html. CRELoaded has a little easier interface but still requires program knowledge etc.
