Well a lot is still needed to be done in spite of the present Development Scenarios:

1. Reforms were made in 1991 which made India from a closed economy to what is now a more friendly free market allowing more Foreign Direct Investment flow ever since. However certain things havent been cleared out allowing foreign firms to invest in India is one thing but the process of business to set up in India is time consuming, totally bureaucratic and for this reason India is statistically rated as one of the most unflexible places in the world along with most of the underdeveloped countries!!! So the system has to be changed inorder to allow most of the small businesses to flourish creating job needs among low lying jobs and also bringing about demand for new products and services that havent been introduced in the country in the previous decades.

2. THE LABOR LAWS NEED TO BE REFORMED !! SERIOUSLY!!!!

Often India is potrayed as one of the fastest developing nations in the world but also the fact that the rural development is almost at a stand still. This simply doesnt mean that india should clearcut focus its development more on the Rural Side and lesser on the Urban. I think it can simply develop so if it can bring business to the Rural Farmers rather than farmers and peasants coming over to Cities in search of industrial based jobs. Strict labour standards should be maintained and should be kept a top priority which will inturn bring about an inevetable demand for better infrastructure in the Rural region. By doing so India can even become an Industrial powerhouse like China, but economic overheating must be taken into consideration.

3. Urban and Civil "Re" development :

At present the Urban Town planning of indian Cities "seriously" looks as if it was planned 50 years ago with a thought in mind that india would never have automobiles in the streets...Well Delhi is restructuring most of the areas notably Karol Bagh etc. Residential buildings should nt be focused to occupy horizontal landwise but infact
" VERTICALLY" bringing in skyscrapers and other landmarks. Something which New york has been doing so in the previous years.

Child labour has been abolished. So Education can be made compulsary upto HSC. Food and study materials can be given to students coming from below poveerty line on repayment on getting empoyment basis. Free items/subsidy should be abolished to whatever class people they are. Arrangments have to be made for earning their own living. Education should also contain syllabus for employment oriented studies such as TV repairing, crafts, etc rather than studying old history of Kings of 1st century.
Even Ministers should not be given anything free. They may be paid salary but they have to pay for each thing like ordinary citizen.

Along with the environmental approach (infrastructure, education etc.) we have to address the issue from a genetical angle also. The details are given below:-

“The nation which first subjects itself to a rational eugenical discipline is bound to inherit the earth”
Francis Galton

NEOGENICS (EUGENICS?) IN A NUT- SHELL

WHAT IS NEOGENICS?
It is human genetics applied to alleviate human sufferings and to improve the human gene pool. With this we copy nature’s own reproductive plan (differential fertility). Major social problems like crime, poverty and illness are partly genetic and the remedy should also be genetic. So think genetically and act genetically. Good genetic endowment is the best asset to attain prosperity and except human beings all other living creatures survive and progress in this way.

WHAT CAN WE ACHIEVE?
1. Neogenics bridges the genetic gap in certain superior traits existing between the elite and the average. It compensates the selective migration of superior genetic stock from the poor to the professional, from the rural to the urban areas and from the underdeveloped to the developed nations.
2. Biological socialism leads to economic socialism. All attempts made so far to achieve economic socialism by imposing Marxism/communism have not achieved the desired goal. Capitalist countries witnessed considerable economic progress but failed miserably in equitable distribution of wealth. Biological socialism is the only hope to bridge the gap in wealth between the rich and the poor in a democratic way.
3. Neogenics helps increase the number of good minds and to reduce crime, corruption, cruelty etc. Attempts to transform society through moral preaching have not yielded any lasting results. Genetic transformation of the society will assure lasting peace and harmony. Repeated studies of twins have proved again and again the genetic basis of intelligence and behavior.
4. Racial mingling through neogenics will put an end to violence created on racial grounds.
5. By reducing the incidence of genetically transferable diseases (most diseases have a genetic base), great improvement in health can be achieved and thereby considerable reduction in medical expenditure.
6. Increasing the intelligence and EQ of the common man according to the needs of a civilized and technologically advanced society. The benefits of ascending EQ & IQ in a population are rather beyond our imagination.
8. Neogenics is the only method now available to correct genetic disorders in order to protect the right of the unborn. A child has a legal right to begin life with a sound mind and a sound body.
All these will reduce human suffering and place the human race on an evolutionary track as nature has been doing for the last several millions of years. It may be noted that we are the only species capable of directing our evolution in a manner that suits our wisdom leading to the betterment of our less fortunate fellow citizens and the species as a whole.
HOW TO ACHIEVE BY SIMPLE MEANS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS GIVING FULL RESPECT TO FREE WILL?
1. Encourage the production of more children among the healthy and the gifted couples.
2. Discourage the reproduction of the habitual criminals, mentally challenged and the sick.
3. Start sperm/egg banks of selected donors of better EQ and IQ for the benefit of the infertile couples (10 to 12 per cent of the population) and for those daring couples who want to bring about improvement of the genetic stock of their future generations.
4. Popularize genetic screening and genetic counseling to prevent genetically transmitted diseases
All the above steps may be needed till the advancement of genetic engineering reaches a level that enables genetic transformation of a society or individual through gene therapy, cloning or other means yet to be discovered or envisaged.
COUNTRIES PRESENTLY WITH EUGENIC AGENDA: Singapore, China & Israel.
DONATE BLOOD AND SAVE A LIFE; DONATE GOOD GENES AND SAVE THE ENSUING GENERATIONS. GOOD GENES OFTEN BRING WEALTH BUT WEALTH NEED NOT BRING GOOD GENETIC ENDOWMENT.
