I dont think U'll come to know if some1 blocked you on MSN.

there are some sites but they only work if the person has their privacy option disabled. But why care if someone's blocked you - have some self-esteem!

have two msn account, login into a different account and see if she online.

If that were possible, it would invade their privacy. You can't do it.
