How can I get a good tan Fast!???

I need a good tan and fast. How can I get one without using artificial tanners?

There is no way to get a good tan fast without using something artificial. Laying out takes time and you also have to make sure you reapply your sunscreen at least every two hours to protect your skin. So, a great way to get an amazing tan fast that doesn't look fake is to go to a spray tanning booth. It's gives you a great all over tan that isn't orange or blotchy; it will give you that Hollywood glow. The only draw back is they usually costs about $22 a session.

Make a peeling to even your skin, pump it top layers with a good perfume free moisturizer, take fish oil capsules from the pharmacy or 1 Tbs of wheatgerm oil per day for the vitamins A & E content. It will make your skin look better and helps prevent damage from the tanning. Carrot juice adds carotene
which gives faster a crispy tanned look in addition to the UV's. Have fun

If you don't want to harm your skin, there is no way to get a good tan fast. If the premature aging & risk of skin cancer are outweighed by the need for a tan, try a sundome at the local tanning salon. There are tablets you can take to help you along but I can't remember what they are called so you would have to ask around.
