can anyone remember the title of the film??
It’s about this guy that went back in time (sort of). He had done something different, which changed his life.
At a point he had no arms and at the end of the film he was in a metal institute, he watched a video of his mum while she was pregnant with him. He goes back to the time when he was in the womb and wraps the umbilical cord round his neck so he dies.

can anyone help, it's really bugging me!!

thanks

The symbolic umbilical cord was first used in Sunset Boulevard - the silk stocking, however, the film you refer to is called The Butterfly Effect ..
