Your local dealer can usually make a new key by VIN as long as the vehicle isn't too old. Call and ask if they can make one for your year and model vehicle and what you'll need to bring to get it. Usually you will need proof of ownership and a picture ID. It will usually cost the price of the key, some charge a little extra for doing it by VIN. If you bought your vehicle there new, they'll probably have it on file. Of course, you'll likely have to wait until Monday to do this since most dealerships aren't open on Sunday, and those that are it's usually only the sales staff.
Some police departments will slim jim them, but others won't due to liability issues with possible damage caused by using a slim jim. Those that do might have you sign a waiver or get acknowledgement from you letting you know there's a possibility of damage before doing it. You will also need to show picture ID to the officer so he knows he isn't helping someone steal the vehicle. They can check the registration to see if it matches with your ID. They usually won't do it in your driveway, either, only if you're stuck somewhere for most departments..
A locksmith can also get into it for you, but plan on dropping about $100 for them to do it. You will still need to show proof of ownership and a picture ID for a locksmith to either open it or cut a key for it.
You could also find a brick or large rock and break a window if it's an emergency. But that going to be the most expensive way to get into the vehicle.

A lot of times in an emergency.Your local Police can unlock your vehicle with special tools they carry. Also, most repair garages can open your vehicle with these same tools.Or you can call a locksmith. He will come and make a key for your vehicle right there.Try the Police first. They do not charge for this service.A repair garage may charge you up to an hour of labor. And a locksmith can be fairly expensive. You can also try if this is an older vehicle by getting a tool called a 'Slim Jim' It is easy to use.I this is a vehicle you bought new from a dealership. You can go to them and they can make you a new key from the key code they have for your vehicle.
