This is not referring to intake of supplements just in take from food. The RNI is set at 550 mg p'day and i would like to find out problems when going over the upper RNI limit of 1,100mg p'day

If you take in essentially any "phosphorus" in elemental form you'll die pretty quickly. I'm assuming you're talking about phosphate, in which case the answer is very simple: phosphates are not very soluble, and if your intake of them is too high you will form kidney stones. So don't drink too much soda.
