It's a fetish some men acquire when they are quite young,. Some people believe that if "momma" let's them hang around at their feet, sit on the bed and watch while mommy is getting dressed, putting on makeup, etc, that somehow the brain associates this with that warm "love" and it is transfered to the clothes and shoes ( since they wouldn't think of making love to mommy! ) Anyway, this is a theory I was taught in college and it makes sense to me .

Maybe those particular men you are referring to have a fetish and like to wear women's things. Its the same as those that like feet, or bondage, or women that wear men's clothing. The people that you are referring to are called "Drag-Queens" or they dress in "Drag". Its sickening to most people that see these types of people but thats what they like and that's what they prefer.
