I know it is hard. I sorta used to hang out with the wrong crowd too. But after a while I'm like, this is stupid because noone trusted me or everyone was afraid of me or something...so like you, I started to look for a different group of friends. But my old friends still always seemed to be around. Human nature is that doing bad things is easier than doing good things (unless it's a habit or something). But if your "old crowd" are really ur friends, then tell them what you just told us, and they will understand.

Well this will have to come from within you. Only you can decide what is best for you. If you old friends are still always causing trouble than it is probably a good idea to avoid them. You should probably find some activities to keep you busy so you will have an excuse not to hang out. Later down the road if some of those trouble makers decide to make changes of their own you could reconsider hanging out again. Growing up sometimes requires some sacrifice. It can be tough. Good for you though. You are on your way to adulthood. Good luck

Cuz this is what happens when Bad Meets Evil
And so that's the story when Bad Meets Evil
It's too bad you had to go out the way you did
But the spirits still live on till this day
So..,clean out your closet
Just give your life to Jesus Christ,he can!

You need to just cut them off. It sounds like your really trying to stay out of trouble. If you really want to do this remained your self why you want to do this. goody goody people can have fun to just got to know where to find it.

if you are not lying to yourself and to others about your wish to change I'd recommend turning to some spiritual guidance.I'm not a religious man myself but i believe it can help some to keep in the right track.

You need a friend to hold you accountable. Ask one of your new friends (one you trust) to help you. Be honest with this friend and ask him or her to help you out.
