Become a product of your product first so you can have experience and conviction. Thus, when someone asks you about certain features, if applicable, you can answer with integrity because you use the product. Secondly, learn the pros and cons of your products. Thirdly, learn how to sort instead of sell. If you do a good job of sorting, your clients will talk themselves into buying so you don't have to worry about selling. To sum it up, learn to provide solutions by listening to people's problems. If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want by default.

Best wishes.

1. Know Who's your customer
2. Knowing HOW to get to them
