where must go in order to apply maybe some exam? or who can go in order to recognize my studies with ?

Sorry I don't really understand.
Do you already have a masters degree and want to know what its value is in the UK?
If yes, I think masters degrees are equivalent, especially in Europe.

I cannot understand the second part of the question.

surely your masters degree is NOT in English .
