I would go "whoah!" and just stand there, dazed.
There wouldn't be much else I could do apart from tell someone else.

Well that would depend on a couple of things. If there was a mushroom cloud I would go the other way, if not I would probably go and see if there was anything I could do to help. I used to be a medic in the Army and would feel the need to help. If I had my daughter with me I would take her home 1st and then go and help.

I did , once when I was a child, I was at school and a house
blew up from a gas leak. We were all stunned. The fire trucks
were there and police. No one was in the house , and no one
was hurt , good thing.

I would find the crappiest, flimsiest elementary school desk and hide under it, covering my head as I was always taught to do. And the inch or so of plywood would ensure that i was the only survivor.

try to find out what is was and why it happened. I can't say that I would be all that worried about it, I live near White Sands and the military are always blowing stuff up out there.

I would hope that an evil little girl got what she had coming to her for hurting other people. =)
Then I would have a cig and a beer and watch the evil little girls body burn.
