Hydrogen Peroxide Method
Wet the stain with water.
Fill a bowl with Hydrogen Peroxide.
Put the clothing with the stain into the Hydrogen Peroxide.
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the stained clothing from the Hydrogen Peroxide.
Rinse it in cool water

Warnings
Do NOT use warm or hot water - the stain will set for good.
Hydrogen peroxide may bleach and/or weaken certain fabrics, and can cause a stain itself. Take care not to let the foam spread outside the original stain area.

Rinse thoroughly or soak in cold water with detergent for thirty minutes, then rinse. Rub detergent into any remaining stains, & rinse thoroughly. If the clothing is white, fill washer with enough cold water to cover the clothing, add a cup of Clorox bleach & a little bit of laundry detergent to your washer. Agitate for a minute, then add the clothing, & soak for thirty minutes, or until the stains have been removed. Spin the water out of washer, then refill washer with cold/warm water, laundry detergent, & clothing, & wash.

Soak your garment in cold water , remove from the water and add SALT. Leave like this till you see the blood being lifted. then rinse again in cold water . don´t add bleach you´ll never get the stain out and never use hot water , you might have to add more salt . but after a few times it will come out

as soon as it happens run ice cold water over the blood, you'll see it start to break up right away. After that put some SHOUT on it and bleach it if it's white, if it's a color use clorox for colors. That should take it out. If it doesn't wash it and bleach again.

Sorry, forensics will be able to detect it no matter how well you clean them or the crime scene. I've heard ammonia with a cold water wash is worth a try.

I have had great success with ammonia, even after an item went through the wash and dry. Be careful of the fumes.

On light colored fabric you can sometimes use Baking soda and Vinegar. Rub the baking soda into the fabric and pour on the vinegar and let set. But it will bleach out color.
