Mini dresses are not only very "in" they are also great for people who are petite. A nice mini dress with a pair of skinny jeans and heels would be a great match up for someone petite. No boots over the jeans when paring them with a dress that will shorten your legs; It's about making the legs look longer! Forever 21 offers alot of great clothes including mini dresses.

Get a dress that is around thigh high, and flowy (3/4 arm length is best) also make sure that you wear skinny jeans instead of flares or you might look like a child playing dress up! Rock it!

A dress and jeans should not be worn together regardless of your height.
