hehehe... i was about to say youtube. But you can try looking for yoga.

try yogajournal.com they have somthing called pose finder thats very helpfull and they have some clips of an instructional video under new to yoga. Or try looking for websites that offer free videos online. If you have itunes (which is free to download) you can look for podcast videos that show you how.

If you're not into yoga you can look for streches that open up the hip flexors and the hamstrings. I'm not an expert but that should help. Just remember to take things slowly, breathe and never force it.

hope that helps good luck! :)

heel stretches come naturally if you practice. the basic stretches will honestly be the most helpful. my teacher told me to lay on my side, grab my foot, and try to pull it to the side of my head. also, sometimes the leg you can do a split on isnt neccesarily the easiest to do a heel stretch. I can do a right split, but i can only do a heel stretch with my left leg!

hope this helps.
