I am afraid that it can not be fixed, although you can buy a new video card online for a decent price. On www.newegg.com you can buy a FX5200 for $34, here is the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814127181
or you can spend $4 more and get a Geforce 6200, here is the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130039
i would recommend getting the 6200 it is much better than th fx5200, Good luck getting it working again.

Hi. The second connection on that card is probably an S-video port (round). If so it's time for a new card.

Unfortunately, you'll have to replace the card. The circuitry is too delicate to re-attach it.

Man, if you couldn't fix it with a soldering iron, there's really nothing left.
