First off, use a color eyeshadow that compliments your face. For brown, use shades of purple. Eyeshadows come in packs on 3 colors, so get the ones with the shades of purple.

Apply the darkest color near the lash and at the crease of your eye. Then apply the middle shade on the lid. then apply the lightest shade under the brow.

Use eyeliner on your bottom lid above the lash. Don't over do it though. A little goes a long way.

For mascara, use an eyelash curler before applying it. It makes a lot of difference. If you're not happy, then you can apply false lashes and then use mascara.

Also, try using glitter! It makes your eyes pop. you can apply a little at the corners of your eyes and it makes the world of a difference. You can also apply a little under your brow.

Good Luck!

Those with small eyes should never apply black eye-liner on both top lid and bottom rim. Steer well clear of dark eyeshadow colors which only emphase small eye shapes. Wear light, pastel tone colors and apply a little white eye-liner on your inner bottom eye rim. Curl your top lashes well, this opens the entire eye area, and apply lengthening mascara or apply false eyelashes - this will definitely give the appearance of a bigger eye area.

while utilising eye liner do no longer choose for a thick black line, it closes eyes in much greater. Make a skinny black line and flick it upwards on the ends. easy glimmery colorings that start up off darker on the corner of the attention and grow to be paler because of the fact the shadow progresses, as htis opens up the attention. i might recommend hues inclusive of shimmery golds or maybe a shimmery pink,

try using your shadow as an eyeliner. that way you can get some color, but it will be where you can see it. and as far as the lashes are concerned, have you ever thought about falsies? they can be so much fun and they're not that hard to use. if not, try CoverGirl VolumeExact mascara. I use it and it makes my lashes look amazing. and curl them. that will help too.
