A large group of people who followed a man named Jim Jones in a Central American town called Jonestown all committed suicide at the behest of Jim Jones by drinking poisoned Kool-aide.
Since then it means to go kill yourself.

I think this can go two ways.
Koolaid is totally artificial. So if someone says, "All I have to say is Koolaid", my guess is that they're getting ready to b-s you.
On the other and much heavier hand, Jim Jones had a religious cult in the 70s in Guyana and he ordered his mostly American followers (men, women AND children) to commit mass suicide by drinking poisoned Koolaid. Hundreds did. So if someone says, "Go drink Koolaid", I'd run a mile or figure they had a real sick sense of humor.

Maybe they're saying they think you're juvenile. Come up with a witty comeback, like, "After you. Enjoy your pb j sandwich."

In light of what other answerers said, you could offer the person some applesauce (another cult killing favorite).

'Kool-Aid drinkers' is a term of disparagement for people who believe whatever they're told by certain sources without bothering to actually think about it. It refers to followers of the cult of Jim Jones who drank Kool-Aid laced with cyanide because he told them to; they all died.
