Were the Irish slaves in the U.S.? How were they treated?

I have done research on this as well. As far as if there were Irish slaves yes there were not only in America but also in England and other ports. Estimates vary between 80,000 and 130,000 regarding the
amount of Irish sent into slavery in America. And, of course I am pretty sure you might of heard of the "No Irish need apply" signs. All
historians call them servants, bondsman, indentured servants,
slaves, etc., and agree that they were all political victims.

Irish were never slaves, mistreated yes.
