My last period was on Feb. 1st. It was a normal period... I stopped taking my BC pills around the same time... I am usually regular, so now I am about 10 days late. I have had really sore breasts and been really moody, icky, and tired lately. I took a HPT test last monday and it was negative. What do you all think?

I think your body is just adjusting to you stopping the BC pills. If you took the test Monday and it was negative, most likely no because it would be more then 31 days after your last period. If no period tomorrow, I would re-test. You may have all those symptoms because your period is coming and it is a real period this time; not just from the pills.

It could be your body adjusting to not being on the pill. This can be side effects of your hormones trying to straighten out. Sometimes women will skip their 1st period off the pill if you becoming uncomfortable you can call your doctor and they could prescribe you a medicine to make you start. Good luck.

Well, It happened that way for me too. I was real moody after 11 days of expecting a period that wasn't coming. Don't assume, go to your doctor to make sure.

You could be pregnant or your body just might be adjusting to not taking the birth control anymore. Wait a week and take another test.
