Many of these cheats can make the completion percentage not 100 %, so be careful if you don't want to stuck at 99 % :(

It depends what console you are playing on. PC, PS2, XBOX etc. And no there is not a cheat for Vice city that involves obtaining money. GTA: San Andreas Does though.

No money cheats...you gotta earn your money the hard way, I guess.

Some good, useful cheat codes are these:
BIGBANG-nearby cars explode; useful when your mission is to kill someone in a car, destroy a car, etc.

ASPIRINE-health, so you won't die in shooting missions

PRECIOUSPROTECTION- armor

LEAVEMEALONE- no more wanted level

BETTERTHANWALKING-spawns a caddy, useful if there are no cars around

PROFESSIONALTOOLS or NUTTERTOOLS or THUGSTOOLS

-provides a weapon set

Tip: don't use the BIGBANG cheat if you're in a car

*while playing, you can press Esc, then type in the cheat...it works.
